Chicken tenders are a standout favorite at the Poolside Grill, with over 2,600 orders served in just four months. To celebrate National Chicken Tender Day on July 27th, the team decided to spotlight this beloved menu item in a creative and playful way. For one day only, tenders were coated in three unique and exciting breadings: Goldfish crackers, Hot Cheetos, and Captain Crunch. This innovative twist on a classic dish added a fun and flavorful experience to the summer season, delighting members and bringing extra energy to the poolside dining scene.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The idea was executed as a one-day culinary special, with staff preparing the uniquely breaded chicken tenders alongside the traditional offering. Younger members at the pool were thrilled by the colorful and creative options, while adults enjoyed the nostalgic and adventurous flavors.
