New Kid Member Orientation Video

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Joining a club can be scary. Especially if you are kid! This is why we had our kids committee develop an orientation video that we can show all new kids who join the club. It has allowed kids to feel more comfortable when joining the club, but ultimately allows them to be educated on all the important items of being a kid at the club… like where are the free cookies!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The idea was actually some of the kids at the club. They crafted up all the important items they felt that kids needed to know. They wrote their own scripts and did all of their own filming. With the help of creative director Ben Lorenzen, they edited an awesome video that is sent to all parents who have kids who are joining the club. The members think its a fun, cute, and creative way to introduce children to the club!
