How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

New member induction is pivotal in shaping a positive club experience.  A well-structured and welcoming induction program can make the difference between a new member feeling seamlessly integrated into the club community or struggling to find their place. Member retention is our goal.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

To execute our commitment to effective membership induction, we instituted a mandatory one-on-one New Member Orientation, personally conducted by our Membership Director. Our Board of Directors take an active role by hosting the New Member Cocktail Party, fostering an environment for social integration, and leading the Ambassador Program to facilitate ongoing engagement. Through these initiatives, we aim to not only acquaint new members with our offerings but also to establish lasting connections that contribute to the overall success and satisfaction of our club.
