How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
In 2024, the HR team launched the monthly newsletter, a dynamic platform designed to connect our growing community of 30+ partners and keep everyone informed about the amazing work happening at the club. The newsletter showcases employee achievements, highlights open roles, and promotes incentives like the Employee Referral Program, which offers a $600 incentive for successful referrals. This creates a space for our Ohana to share opportunities within their networks. The initiative has significantly enhanced our operations by strengthening connections within the community and attracting top talent through the referral program.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
We implemented this by reaching out to our community and inviting partners to join, with most of our connections growing through word of mouth. Each month, we send out the newsletter and maintain an open line of communication within our Ohana. While the newsletter is primarily focused on attracting top talent, our members have been excited to get an inside look at the incredible work our employees are doing and the many ways our team is contributing to the club’s success.
