How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

When planning our full day Board Retreat this year, we wanted to ensure we considered our “comfort station” from all angles. It was more than just food and beverage items, but true comforts that made the long day a little more bearable.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We got creative and included:

• Phone Charging Station
• Blankets
• Stress Balls & Fidget Spinners
• Cough Drops, Chapstick, Hand Lotion & Mints
• Salty & Sweet Treats of all kinds (healthy & not!)
• Wide Array of Beverages (including Liquid IVs)

The comfort station truly became the talk of each meeting break throughout the day and Board members utilized almost every item offered.
