Opening a Clubhouse in a Pandemic

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Stone Creek Club is the sister property of Champions Run and built a brand new clubhouse which was completed May 1st amid the pandemic. To get the club up to speed the entire Champions Run Management team went to the course and ran all the training through the renovation.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Champions Run members get a discount to play at Stone Creek, which is an awesome benefit to the members. I think what made this renovation program so successful was how seamless the service and transition to open was. The Champions Run management team, in addition to their own duties, were able to provide A+ hospitality service and trained our sister course up to country club standards!
