How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

In October the club held a dinner event to get the members excited about the Operation Santa Claus program. At the dinner, representatives from the organizations who benefit from the Operation Santa Claus program shared their appreciation for the program and heart felt storied of how the donation impact the children’s lives. The club spaces were blocked to store the gifts and other products as they arrived. The member’s (Elves) spent two days wrapping presents, stuffing back packs and distributing the gifts throughout the Bluffton area. To make sure that the “Elves” energy stays high during this time, the Club supplies them with Food and Beverage and necessary set-up and supplies.
