How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our Parental Guidelines include everything a member needs to know when it comes to dropping their child off for care at NRCC. It sets our clear expectations for the Club, child, and parents to make sure their experiences are fantastic

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

To register for any drop-off care or event members have to agree to our Parental Guidelines.

For us as a Club The Guide:
-Sets the standard of care we offer.
-Sets the expectations we have for the children attending and their parents.
-Gives us permission to use the media we take at all our youth events.
-This cuts down the number of questions that may occur and thus increases our productivity.

Members love the guide as it is clear, thorough and easily available.
