How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Organizing and selecting staff uniforms can be quite the challenge! To make the process easier and more efficient, our Food & Beverage Team launched a personalized uniform shop.

We partnered with a clothing line and representative on a custom catalogue of options built to the budget. By making their own selection through the online shop, staff are provided the opportunity for creativity and autonomy while staying in compliance with the uniform standard.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We launched the idea with our Food & Beverage Management Team, but the idea could be implemented in a variety of ways: Member/Guest Tournament gift, staff incentives, and more! The shop can even incorporate personalized logos for specialty events.
