The Pickleball "Three & Me" format is ideal for members who want customized instruction content or the opportunity to play with a staff professional as the fourth in your group. Playing with better competition is an important component to improving your pickleball game, so what better way to elevate yours than putting together your own group with a pro?

It has enhanced our operation by creating a safe, friendly, and personal environment for a group of three individuals to come and have a good time playing pickleball with the pro. It allows for no judgment among players, as more often than not, the players select the threesomes who are coming to play, as well as the professional.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Club members have enjoyed the "Three & Me" clinics because they feel that they get to focus more on direction and receive more individual attention in a small group, while learning from the pro. Having a professional as the fourth player allows a group of mixed-experience players to play competitive points with someone who can gear the level of their game towards the crowd.
