PJs and Pancakes

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Two years ago, PJs and Pancakes was introduced to replace the Club’s traditional Gingerbread House Decorating Party. This exciting new event features breakfast-for-dinner, visits from Santa and other beloved holiday characters, letter-writing stations to Santa, bounce houses, and a wide array of fun family activities. Members are encouraged to wear their coziest holiday PJs and indulge in a variety of gourmet pancakes. The event was an immediate hit, surpassing our previous format in both member participation and enthusiasm.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Club's management team worked with the Social Committee to bring this event to life. Member participation exceeded expectations for the event and feedback in post event surveys was extremely positive. Staff was invited to wear their favorite holiday PJs to participate in the festivities.
