How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

PlateCraft is an educational conference hosted by Executive Chef Scott Craig of the Cullasaja Club in Highlands, North Carolina. Nestled in the scenic landscape of Western North Carolina, Cullasaja Club is located next to Wildcat Cliffs Country Club.

The conference spans two days, offering chefs from across the country invaluable opportunities for education and networking—especially important given their often demanding schedules.

This year, Wildcat Cliffs had the privilege of hosting the welcome party. Executive Chef Will Bystrzycki delighted attendees with a delicious family-style dinner that showcased local and seasonal fare. The event was a resounding success and enjoyed by all who attended.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Executive Chef Will Bystrzycki brought the idea to our members and management team and it was very well received and the members were proud to be able to showcase their club to so many talented culinarians of the industry.
