How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

One of our staffing philosophies is limiting the amount of staff members we need on the floor at a given time. less staff members at a higher quality will be more efficient than more staff members at a lower quality. We offer our Professional Servers Program to attract and entice internal and external servers to receive significant compensation levels, in different phases, in return for a higher level of output.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

this idea was a work in progress for all of 2023. through various tweaking and scrutiny, we reached a point we felt confident.. this drew positive reaction overall, with qualified internal staff members immediately applying, and some considered under qualified to apply saw a massive increase in engagement and attitude. Releasing this program helped the entire staff, not just those selected for the positions
