Idea Fair
Prospective Member Presentation
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
In prior years, Farmington would host a new member orientation after members joined the Club. The newly implemented Prospective Member Presentation is a mandatory step in the nomination process. With a 100% participation rate in Farmington's member orientation process,
new members are better informed about the Club than in prior years.
The Prospective Member Presentation is a valuable opportunity for those who are relatively unfamiliar with Farmington and those who are already well-acquainted, as it reinforces their expectations and further builds their excitement for joining.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Prospective members are invited to attend a 75-minute session, presented by the Board President, Membership Committee Chair and GM/COO.
Presentations are offered monthly and are designed to provide prospective members an in-depth look at the Club’s history, operations, role in the community and future service enhancements.
