How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Pub Crawl takes up our whole clubhouse and transforms five different spaces into themed Pubs. Members are able to explore each area and enjoy themed food, drinks, and activities based on the theme.

This new club event has generated a new source of revenue. It has kept the members engaged even throughout the year with anticipation of next years event. The Employee Partners also look forward to the event as they are able to assist in planning their respective bars. This helps bond Employee Partners that may not typically interact on a regular basis and boost morale.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The idea of our Pub Crawl event actually came from our Employee Partners. It started with a core group of bartenders who wanted to get involved with planning the event and from there the Operations Managers all randomly selected teams to plan the themed rooms.

The members love the Pub Crawl and trying to guess what our new themes will be. There are always favorites- like Karaoke and the Sports Bar, but they love to see the creativity of our Employee Partners and how they decorate each Pub. It is an event that is talked about all year long and sells out quickly!
