How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This year, we partnered with Club Data Services to incorporate PowerBI into our workflow. This is used by all of our departments on a daily and monthly basis to track revenue, expenses, and labor. These quick glance reports help with key decision making on menu items, scheduling, retail, and more.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We also use this to tailor services to our members. By quickly looking at a member’s profile, we can see their favorite food & beverage items, family members, membership type, annual spending, and number of visits per month. All of this data can be shown on a phone, tablet, or desktop so that our team members can quickly access it when needed.
