How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

QR codes were created for the operator’s manuals of each piece of equipment used in Golf maintenance to maintain the courses. All of the equipment manuals' QR codes were then compiled and put on one poster board with the pictures and names of each piece of equipment. Now the operator manuals can be easily accessed using the QR code when training new employees or when employees are learning how to operate a new piece of equipment.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This idea was implemented by the need to access operator manuals easily. We typically only receive one manual per machine. The mechanics store the manuals in their area for access when making repairs or performing routine maintenance. Recently, companies have gone to digital copies of operator manuals, and it can be difficult to navigate their sites or may require logins to access the manuals.
