How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In April and May, Hampton Hall Club invited members to create their own beverage recipes for the Food and Beverage team to include at the Club's dining facilities. Members were incredibly creative and, out of the many submissions received, bar staff chose five entries to present to members of the community to vote on. Selected members were offered 2 oz size servings of each of the five cocktails in a to-go package which included a voting form.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The winning beverage, Lowcountry Iced Tea, was included in events throughout the Summer, specifically the outdoor concert series. The adult beverage has become a member favorite and is currently available at each of Hampton Hall Club's bars.
