By creating an electronic racquet stringing reservation calendar on a desktop system such as Trello, our staff can quickly manage racquet stringing duties, allowing us to be more productive with our time and more responsive to our members’ needs.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Club members have been appreciative of the precise work and quick turn-around time that we are achieving. In addition, we are able to not only assign our daily and weekly stringing assignments, we are able to use this information to spot trends and forecast for the future. To date, we are now operating at an all-time high for average daily, monthly, and yearly stringing output.
