"Ramp" Up Your Event Set-Up

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our Facility Maintenance Department built a threshold ramp to make event setup/breakdown more efficient with plywood, hinges, and indoor/outdoor carpet. Be sure to add handles for easy transport!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The threshold ramp is used by both Food & Beverage and Support Services to make it easier to pull carts inside and out without damaging trim, and to make it easier for employees to get carts over thresholds. This saves both time and money – time for the team while setting up and breaking down events and money by keeping the door frames and carts in good condition.
