The event promoted team mentality with staff and gave them an opportunity to interface with Board Members.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The RCC Teammate Olympics was a morale boosting fun event held during our 2017 RCC Teammate Playday. The day included golf, fishing, kayaking, tennis and loads of team building fun at our Riverhouse Complex. Board Members volunteered to judge the events.
