How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The ‘Residency’ was an idea we copied from Las Vegas- we hired a two-man band to play every Wednesday evening from July through September.  Following the pandemic and prolonged reduction in dining room hours of operation, we figured having live entertainment may help to generate member traffic as we ‘reopened’ member’s dining on Wednesday nights.

This idea has enhanced the operation by giving a unique dining experience with friends and family, kids loved it!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Members loved the opportunity to listen to live music while they dined on our outside patio.  Several times a month we featured specials such as tacos and kabobs to enhance the member experience.
