Retiree Hall of Fame

Description

At Belle Meade Country Club, we are fortunate to have long-term team members that make a career of serving our membership. Many of these team members have been with the club long enough that they become an important element in the fabric of the club and the experience of the membership. Among the things we present to the employee during a retirement ceremony is a caricature drawing that includes some endearing personal touches. This is posted in a member area of the club where everyone can enjoy in remembrance.

Implementation

Upon retirement for any employee that has worked for the club for 25 years or more, we plan a party that includes club members and staff. The caricature drawing is presented at this time. Our Team Members and Club Members enjoy seeing the artists renderings of the team members of the past that they enjoyed working with during their tenure.
