How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
As indoor dining became a thing of the past and to go services were on the rise, we had to get creative in order to keep our members using our services. Each week we create a different theme dinner package; packages range from small bar bites, dinner for one or two or dinner for the family. Depending on the theme menus could be preset or pick and choose options.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Order forms are emailed out a week in advance to our membership. Orders are placed through our reception team. Once all orders have been compiled and sorted, order breakdowns are sent to managers and chefs. Each theme comes with decor. We decorate our main valet area each night according to the theme. Members love to see what valet is going to look like, some drive by just to see the decor. Orders are packed fresh as members pull up to valet. Staff will ask members for the member number and radio it to the kitchen. Then the order is packed and brought to their car.
