How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our safety committee has greatly enhanced our clubs preparedness, safety considerations, and a sense of appreciation and care among our staff and member community. With this committee, we are able to put safety and wellbeing at the forefront of our values and lead our staff and members forward.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This committee meets monthly and covers topics such as facility punch-lists, certification requirements for employment positions, staff wellness, insurance, employee policies, safety drills, etc. There is a much more streamlined process for safety at The PGCC, and members now can focus on what they joined the club for, rest assured that we have their backs.
