How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Transporting a yoga class by boat to a temporarily exposed sandbar was tricky but well worth the wow-factor that we were trying to achieve. The idea came from one staff member who really appreciated being heard and bringing the vision to life.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We limited the amount of participants to fit on our Club boat (12 passengers), which is about the size of our typical yoga classes. We added mimosas on the ride back home, which clinched the request to bring back this offering as often as the tides allow.
