Our Senior Staff team embarked on a new meeting format, pairing up to host segments on various topics like time management, conflict resolution, motivation, and more. From blindfolded obstacle courses relying on partners' guidance to sharing stress-relieving hobbies, it's been a fantastic forum to exchange ideas, learn, and strengthen our team bond. This strengthened bond and shared knowledge empower us to create even more exceptional experiences for our membership.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Previously, our bimonthly Senior Staff meetings revolved around budget discussions and departmental updates. In September 2023, we revamped to monthly sessions, embracing peer-to-peer learning. Each team member was randomly paired to present diverse topics like culture, listening, trust, and more. This innovative shift encourages collaboration, nurtures a culture of sharing skills, and boosts morale. The interaction among peers fosters unity, confidence, and a profound sense of belonging, extending beyond meetings to off-site team-building endeavors. The positive impact on our team is evident, fostering a deeper sense of togetherness and delivering positive results for our entire membership.
