How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

During our COVID-related closure, we created communications spotlighting staff talents and personalities. Members enjoyed this connection to staff so much that ever since, we’ve incorporated a number of pop-up events inspired by the talents of our employees outside of their day jobs.

For example, Summer Lee, Head Golf Professional, is also an experienced dog trainer. She led a Paws 'n' Relax event for our members that included a dog agility course. One of our Spa estheticians, Melissa, is also an expert at fairy hair, so we created pop-up fairy hair events that attracted members of all ages who wanted to add a little sparkle to their hair. And one of our chefs, George Clarke, is famous for giant bubbles - we incorporated him into our youth camp programming so members of all ages could enjoy this secret talent.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The events have been incredibly popular. Members love the unique opportunities, one-of-a-kind events, and the personal connection to staff.
