How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

"Sourced" is a documentary video series produced for our members to have a better understanding and appreciation of the quality and freshness of food served and prepared here at the Club.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

At the beginning of the season, on a weekly basis, when members were becoming acclimated to the Club, we released a six part video series illustrating the process of sourcing our local ingredients. After the first video, our membership anxiously awaited and anticipated the next episode in the series. It was a huge hit! The membership received a clear understanding of how the Club sources its food and beverage products. A better level of pride, respect and an increase in the integrity of the food and beverage program over whelmed all. This improved relationships between the membership, upper management, Chef and the behind the scenes team.
