Sous Vide Cocktails

Description

Classic Cocktails are now infused with fresh fruit and vegetables at our club. While a transfusion is a staple at all clubs, Fiddler's Transfusion is tastier and healthier as infuse it's vodka with fresh ginger and crushed grapes. We alternate between different recipes and pre-make large batches that allow us for faster service.

Implementation

Members appreciate our efforts and feel this is a unique part of their member experience. We sous-vide cocktails for our regular beverage menus as well as our many club events. This "fresh" approach makes our cocktails taste better while providing another "WOW" to our membership.
