Special Seasonal Newsletter

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In 2020 we went from a monthly newsletter to a "Special Seasonal" newsletter as it was just too difficult to plan as we found ourselves pivoting sometimes daily. The issue was mostly filled with past happenings and updates with plenty of colorful photographs that members even sent in from their homes in quarantine. This not only improved communications, but cut down on printing expenses too!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Feedback has been excellent and the finance committee appreciated the budget reductions as well. We will continue into 2021 the same seasonal concept with a Winter Edition, Spring Edition, Summer Edition, Fall Edition and Holiday Edition.
