How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our Club produces an employee newsletter once a month. To increase readership, enhance the publication, and promote employee engagement, we added photo contests to the publication. Staff were encouraged to submit photos matching fun themes, such as: Guess the Bitmoji, Match the Pet and Employee, and Pumpkin Carving Contest. Employees of all types were featured and Staff Snaps made employees more excited to read the newsletter, provided a forum for teambuilding, and served as an opportunity for employees to get to know members of the team they may not interact with on a daily basis.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Staff Snaps was a fun, easy way to increase employee morale. Happy employees enjoy their work and provide a positive environment as well as better service for our Club members.
