The Staff Support Fund has enhanced the clubs operation by allowing staff members to really feel appreciated by the members of the club. The fund also helps to create a caring and empowerment culture to the club that benefits the members and staff alike.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Staff Support fund was implemented by the members of the club to show support to not only the American staff that are eligible for scholarship funds, it also allows the international team that his heavily employed by the club to also be recognized with assistance in things such as higher education, medical expenses and many other needs the team may desire.

The members love to see the fund at work and always appreciate the testimonials that come from those team members that have been awarded the funds.
