How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

When a professor at James Madison University’s Hart School of Hospitality reached out to see if her class could get a tour of our Club, we said yes, but upped the ante! Knowing this was a way to make a play for future recruitment, we reached out to other Club professionals around town and hosted a lunch and panel discussion that shed light on career paths and private club job opportunities.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We tagged in helping hands from other local clubs, and members of our own team to be panel participants. A CCV staff member served as moderator for student questions that were provided in advance. A wide variety of questions were posed and answered engaging the JMU students in a mutually beneficial setting.
