Summer Staff Video

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

At the end of our off-season, we host our favorite summer event: the Member-Staff Golf Outing. To help promote the event, the team made a spoof video to invite members to the challenge.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The goal was to include as many employees as possible, but since we have over 100, we were certain to at least represent each of 9 different departments on the island. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Not only did the members like to see the staff members they care about while they were away for the season, they liked seeing them smile and have fun "on the job". It's a new creative challenge every summer now for the team to come together and have a little fun to share!
