Implementation

We looked at different ways to show our members where their assigned table was for a social event. We use to use word and print them out on several pages and then tape to a poster board with a frame. It never looked nice. When changes needed to be made at the last minute we had to dismantle the whole thing and pint new pages. With the use of the tv screens we type the members names and coordinating table number and then save as a jpeg file. Then we can edit it as many times as we need to based on table changes that happen before the event. Then you insert the flash drive into the back of the tv and the table assignment shows on the tv screen. Our members feel its easy to read, fun as we can make it go with the theme of the party!
