Table One
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Table One is Ansley's version of Chef's Table. 6-8 members get an enhanced dining experience that takes place in the main kitchen. The menu is personalized by our Certified Master Chef. The meal is 5 courses and is paired with wines selected by our Sommelier. This has brought in extra revenue for food and beverage operations as one dining outlet was closed due to covid.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Members are excited about the opportunity to dine in our newly renovated kitchen and try dishes that wouldn't necessarily be found in our a la carte outlets. Table One is every other Saturday and has been sold out for several months.
