How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The membership at the club really enjoys seeing the staff happy and with their generosity they allow the staff to earn these trips. Let’s just say it does not take much for the team to get motivated around here.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Living in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina we are fortunate to have so many amazing adventures at our doorstep and we take advantage of all of them. Them members loving seeing and hearing all about the incredible adventures.
