Teen Scream

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Teen Scream was implemented to create some excitement for the Teen/Tween age group at Charlotte Country Club, as this group has the least amount of engagement at the club. The Teen Scream Halloween Party created a safe space for teens to be themselves and show off their club to their personal friends.

The CCC employees enjoyed interacting with this new age group as well.

With successful numbers for our first Teen event, our CCC team is inspired to add more Teen/Tween events to the calendar!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Teen Scream was marketed on social media platforms that most teens/tweens engage with. Promo videos of the Haunted House were advertised to create excitement and boost event registration. The idea of teens being able to invite their outside friends to the party was a huge part of the success. The event was well-attended, with great survey results. Not only did the teens/tweens have an awesome time, the parent's enjoyed the opportunity to drop off their kids, enjoy a night to themselves, and leave the entertainment to us.

From the Thrilling Haunted House, to a very busy dance floor, this night was a true success!

This event will now be an annual teen event that our membership will look forward to every year!
