The Canine Classic

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Canine Classic is a Club tradition. Dating back to 1985, the canine classic started as a bet between a member and the golf pro on who's dog was the fastest. The torch was passed down from generation to generation until finally back in 2014 it officially became a club sanctioned event. Since PCC has taken the reigns we have implemented a few changes including a photo finish, drone video, family photos and most importantly a plaque on the wall for all members to enjoy.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Adults and children gather every year, rain or shine, to enjoy this amazing, hilarious, fun event! Afterwards members can enjoy brunch or a cocktail.
