It’s a great opportunity to highlight the variety of events and accomplishments from the past few months. Plus, it gives members a behind-the-scenes look at how the employees bond and work together to make the club’s success possible.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Club members really love The HERD! Every quarter, they look forward to seeing the latest edition and reliving the events they've been part of. They especially enjoy seeing their photos from recent activities. Being featured in The HERD boosts their pride and strengthens their connection to the club. For many, flipping through the pages and spotting themselves or their friends is a highlight of the season. It’s a great way for everyone to feel recognized and connected to the club and each other.
