How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

USTA introduced Quick Start tennis for kids in 2018. Our Junior Program Director has created a custom HRC Junior Program pathway simplifying the information which helps the parents navigate kids’ tennis. This has contributed to increased participation in all our junior programs.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our head pro and junior tennis director run a successful junior program that is geared for ages 5-18. It caters to all ages and levels.  By creating the HRC Junior Program Pathway they have provided a clear vision for all aspiring tennis players. The members love the passion and creativity displayed by our teaching staff to put this program together.
