During an incredibly busy season, creating the “Million Dollar Club” enhanced manager moral while providing a sense of pride.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

When the Culinary Department broke the record for monthly food sales – hitting the one million mark not just one, but for two consecutive months – we gave staff a special appreciation gift. Our Executive Chef created a custom logo and used a laser engraver to personalize a set of custom knives for the Executive Sous Chefs, Chef de Cuisines, and Sous Chefs. The unique reward has become a collectible item that drives the team to continue breaking records to stay in the Million-Dollar Club.
