Even the Chicago division of the Salvation Army has commended the success achieved in Detroit.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
This past holiday season, the Miracle on Madison raised $79,575 in donations for Detroit families.
The DAC also branched out to other prominent businesses in the area to help the cause.
Overall, the Miracle on Madison has demonstrated the abundant generosity of the DAC’s hometown, in good times and bad, and the high level of community involvement—along with the resulting national recognition. .
