How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Shoal gives the members tips and tricks from each department. Plus, it is a way to advertise activities and products. It is so much fun to create and the members have been very impressed. We are grateful to give back to them, especially after 2020.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

While attending many CMAA functions, speaking with other managers, and visiting clubs, I realized our membership was lacking a professional, detailed publication exclusively for the member's enjoyment. After month's of brainstorming, The Shoal was created. It is a collaborative effort where each department is involved with our marketing team's guidance. We have received praise for it each time it is has been published. We are super proud of our new baby and are so excited to see how well-received it has been by the membership.
