How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Sound is Broken Sound Club’s weekly newsletter that is distributed every Saturday morning containing important information, events, menus, and schedules on a rotating 30-day outlook. Averaging at least 4,000 views per week, The Sound is the most-read digital literature and primary source of traffic to our members-only portion of the website. Additionally, every Wednesday the Club distributes The Sound Bite, a weekly outlook of activities, and more that takes place within the next 7 days. Members also have access to our newsletter via our Club app and website.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Members have been grateful for the simple yet elevated manner in which communications are now presented in a consistent manner throughout the Club.
