How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

I found myself discouraged to host wine dinners. It is disheartening working so hard to make 40 people extremely happy, just to have 50 people angry because they couldn't get in. Our team went to the drawing board and developed this idea that can accommodate 96 members.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our members absolutely raved about this experience and wanted us to do it again immediately. They loved moving from room to room. But, their biggest reaction and compliments came from seeing the culinary staff cooking and plating in front of them and they marveled at our server's ability to present the wine and stories behind them.
