Tigerkick
Description
TigerKick is a fitness routine that encourages constant movement and
active participation. It builds endurance and strength and will instill confidence in each child. TigerKick is a great way to introduce children to fitness and have them participate in a group setting. Like karate or soccer, TigerKick teaches children discipline and hard work at a young age. It introduces them to the values of physical fitness and working with
others to improve themselves and the group as a whole.
The TK objective is to get each child moving and to motivate them towards a healthy and active lifestyle. Our main goal is to empower our students through physical activity and boost their confidence in the process.
Implementation
This unique contemporary martial arts program which utilizes a ranking of avatars and incentivises youth to progress in the program. At the end of each quarter, there is a TigerKick ceremony, where parents are invited to witness the strength & confidence gains.
Parents are ecstatic about the program and it has become a game changer for the Club.
