How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Provide TIPS for members and for our public media program. Our members have really enjoyed, and have come to anticipate, the TIPS we provide on a weekly basis from our Sports professionals. This has enhanced our club operation and expanded our social media footprint.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our staff photographer/videographer films our sports professionals who offer TIPS on various subjects each week. He films different departments on a rotational basis, edits the footage and then it is uploaded to our website, our mobile app, our public and private Facebook pages, and to our Instagram feed. Members enjoy watching and practicing the TIPS provided each week. We receive calls from prospective members who follow our pages and they all mention our TIPS!!!
