How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The main goal was to create the ultimate toddler event. Within this event we would showcase all our Club has to offer for those with toddlers. Although we have many members who have toddlers, they were not aware of how much we offer throughout the year as well as what other members have children of a similar age.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The majority of our offerings were not needed to be purchased and we had already in-house. These were our imagination toys, (doll house, kitchen, train set) art supplies (paper, shaving cream, paint) Sports toys (Soccer goals, parachutes), and storybooks. This meant the main cost was our amazing youth staff and the bounce house rentals. The reaction was immense with our members ecstatic with the event and it caused an increase in our regular toddler activities. On top of this many of our members got to know our incredible youth staff and have used them for babysitting, creating a connection to the children from a young age.
